Also had problems with buyers bidding and not paying, you cannot leave them negative feedback and ebay does not penalize them. I will click to remove the option but ebay will change it back if my item is relisted and then buyers send me offers! Very annoying. I sell sometimes on ebay and i do not like how they almost force you to sell with the best offer choice. Toys you remember having as a kid you can almost bet to find someone selling it on ebay. I love ebay because you can find just about anything from the past. Reviews can be really helpful and i always check a sellers review before purchase. That being said i rarely purchase name brand or jewelry as there are so many fakes out there. I have bought from ebay for 10 years and have had very little problems as a buyer.
